Taking care of yourself and taking a well-deserved break from our lives as multi-faceted women, that's a life routine to adopt to keep in shape !
If the sofa moment and Netflix series and obviously a great way to disconnect, the practice of a sport and a wonderful way to take care of our female bodies and boost our morale !
Come on girls and if we go out a few hours a week of our lives at 100 an hour, metro, work, sleep? Finally, the expression is restrictive, let's add school, sports activities for cuties, doctor's appointments and all the organization that our life as Orawoman of the 21st century requires to take time for us ?
When we watch with kindness and admiration our children exercise, run and have fun, did you not think for a moment to start running like Phoebe in Friends? Do a time of Yoga in the imperfect and so funny way of Florence Foresti in Désordre?
Let's be bold, let's get organized (it's in our genes to manage the schedule ;-)) and jump into our sneakers to live these magical moments full of emotions, zenitude and sharing that sports like yoga, pilates, running, walking or even swimming.
Whatever the discipline chosen, because it remains a story of feeling, organization and aptitudes or physical limits to which each will adjust by asking their doctor for advice , the benefits for our body have been demonstrated by numerous studies:
