Phoenix Fitness was founded on the principle of creating a new and better you, after the founder himself embarked on a journey of discovery and transformed his body from out of shape and overweight into a toned and lean body in just 6 months. From there, Jordan realized that not everyone wanted to go to a gym or felt comfortable in a gym, that others wanted to complete their indoor training through home workouts and that's how Phoenix Fitness was born to provide the tools to do just that.
