Instructions :

Shake well before use.
Pull the cap up to open it. Do not unscrew.
Squeeze a small drop into the palm of your hand. It is recommended to start with a diameter of ½ inch or 1 cm.
Apply to palm and fingers. Apply to feet if desired.
Rub hands together and let dry. It is normal for a white powdery layer (film) to appear where it is applied. This film can be easily wiped off with a towel; the effectiveness of the hold will always be maintained. Does not damage yoga clothing or equipment. Wash with soap and water.
Close the pop-up cap tightly for an airtight seal.
Once hands and/or feet are dry, begin your practice.
Renew the application if necessary.
To remove, wash hands and/or feet thoroughly with soap and water or hand sanitizer.
